EMD

0-5k loan, we charge $2,000

5,001-15k loan, we charge $3,000

15,001-25k loan, we charge $6,000

25,001-50k loan, we charge $15,000

50,001-75k loan, we charge $25,000

75,001-100k loan, we charge $35,000

Funding over 100k for EMD needs to be discussed over the phone, as rates are not listed. Please email info@takemycashnow.com after your submission if this is the case.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT:

For EMD we have a 6% upfront deposit ($250 minimum), NON REFUNDABLE. The upfront deposit is credited towards the fees if the deal goes through. (This fee is wired/Zelled directly to us and paperwork on fees will reflect the difference between initial deposit and fee.)

DOUBLE CLOSE AND MORBY METHOD FUNDING

• 1.5% for 24 hour transactional loan up to $500,000 (minimum return of $1000)

• 2% for 24 hour transactional loan $500,000 - $1,000,000

• 2.5% for 24 hour transactional loan $1,000,000 - $1,500,00

• 2% per day fee for additional days money is held in escrow

If there are two separate title companies involved in the double close we charge 3%

If there is additional paperwork/terms for the morby method/transaction, for example a deal over 500k or needing us on the operating agreement we charge 3%.
